How to submit absences from during the Corona era

In the following cases a student’s absences will NOT be counted and an absence.In the following cases a student’s absences will NOT be counted and an absence.

1. Fever or cold like symptoms (even mild symptoms)
2. If it is deemed necessary by the primary care physician because the child needs medical care or they are at a high risk of becoming severely ill. 
3. The parent or guardian is worried for their child’s safety and has decide not to let them go to school. 

If your child will not be at school and spending time at home, please contact their homeroom teacher or grade level leader. When your child returns to school, the parent or guardian must fill out the form below and submit it to the school. (If you need additional papers please tell us.)
